Powder Coating
Powder coating combines chemistry, engineering, to produce a durable, attractive coating that stands up to the elements. Using electrostatic application, powder coating produces a thicker coat than traditional paint with improved durability, consistent color, and no running or drips. It also releases no volatile organic compounds (VOCs), so it’s ideal for environmentally conscious applications.
Media Blasting
Media blasting is an aggressive, mechanical cleaning technique that removes rust, old paint, and surface blemishes. The process uses small, abrasive particles fired at high speed from an air gun to scour surfaces clean in record time. Various sandblasting media can be used depending on the application.
